Okoy Part 2

I just read Mommy's comment requesting to make okoy after reading my late post on the one I made. 

Well, Mommy, wish granted. For the complete recipe, you  can get it HERE. Instead of using kalabasa or squash, I replaced it with togue or mung bean sprouts for a different twist.
