I mentioned
in my previous
post how Papa play the guitar well. I haven’t mentioned that he can also do
harmonicas. I think this could be a perfect gift on his 60th
birthday – a guitar + harmonica. This will happen in 5 years from now which
means I have ample time to save pennies for a guitar and a set of lee oskar harmonicas. Together with the package is a customized crochet
case for the harmonicas like the cellphone case below which I did for one of our customers.
If I will be able to give this to him, I know he will treasure and use it on his spare time after his retirement.

It's been a long time since I heard someone playing the harmonica. I remember that my father could play the harmonica, too. I think if I see one in the store, I would buy one for him, too.
ReplyDeleteWow, your dad plays the harmonica! Love the sound of it. :)
ReplyDeleteAww, that's so thoughtful naman, Daddy A. I'm pretty sure your dad would treasure and love whatever gift you will give him. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh harmonica, I saw an old man playing harmonica and asking for pennies. I love the cellphone case..:-)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with saving. I love harmonicas. I think we used to have one lying around in the house. Of course, none of us knew how to play it properly.
ReplyDeletethat's a rare talent.. hehehe nice! i think he will treasure your gift :)
ReplyDeleteCool dad! My dad knows how to play the guitar but I know I'm better than him. Ahaha. How I wish I can play harmonica as well. Cute pouch. But why pink? Is it his fave color? I think brown would suit a harmonica better. Still, that's a very cute pouch! :)
ReplyDeleteIt does help to have a hobby after retirement. A good harmonica case would certainly be a fine gift.
ReplyDeletethat is a rare talent indeed as I don't know anyone who plays the harmonica.
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard anybody play a harmonica in such a long time! So sweet of you to think of birthday gifts for your papa already this early. :)
ReplyDeleteI never heard anyone played Harmonica, I bet it sounds so good. The personalized case is awesome as always:)

Harmonica that's an instrument that I haven't seen people playing in ages.. Your dad is sure talented :)
ReplyDeleteI love your partnership and how thoughtful you are for each other!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I didn't know that daddy A can play the guitar and harmonica at the same time. Talent-ado ;)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh my son and husband both play the harmonica. It's cut, but it can get really noisy sometimes. You think you could do a crochet guitar strap to match the harmonica cases? :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so envy with you and mommy maye's crochet skills.
ReplyDeleteVery Talented! and you can really do crochet so good..:)
