Soaked or Overnight Oats

I've been seeing individuals who are into overnight oats. This is very easy to prepare. Just combine the ingredients in a jar, placed in the fridge and serve.

Soaked Oats

Since most of the time, I am out visiting other plants, I used to prepare this as my baon for lunch.

Few months ago, my sister handed me a pack of dried apricots which is still in the fridge. No  one dares to munch it because of its “no-so-good” taste. One time, I tried including it in the overnight oats I prepared and it goes well with the oats.

I am using the regular-flavored Creamy Delight Yogurt instead of Greek-style that most recipes recommend.
