Chewy-Fudgy Brownies

In my experience, baking is a trial-and-error method. Though there are many recipes available over the net, the finished product is still not the same with what is expected.

For instance, I've been trying to make a nice and perfect brownies. I tried bunch of recipes and applied several techniques in baking like placing water bath on top, using the lower heater only, and many more and these techniques are always noted.

Finally, last week, I got a perfect recipe for Chewy-Fudgy Brownies. From the name itself, the finished product is really chewy and fudgy.
