Banana Bread + Milk Tea

Milk Tea + Banana Bread (Oven Toaster Cake)

Here's another oven-toaster bread from Maya - Banana cake. I made this two weeks ago and to beat the weekend's summer heat, I also prepared milk tea (recipe included in this post)

Ingredients: Ripe banana, Cooking oil, egg and Maya Oven toaster Cake Mix

You will need:
1 pack Maya banana Bread mix
2 pcs ripe banana, mashed
1 pc egg
3 tbsp cooking oil.
¼ cup water

Here's how to do it:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Place the mixture in a grease aluminum pan and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Cook in an oven toaster for 10 minutes. Turn sideways and cook for 6 minutes. Remove from oven toaster and insert toothpick. If it comes out clean, it is already cooked. If not, cook for another 3 minutes.

Cool and slice before serving with cold or hot beverage.

For the Milk Tea:
Boil one liter of water with 2 teabags and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Simmer for about 3 minutes and cooll into room temperature.

In a glass, place about 4-5 ice cubes and about 1/3 cup of black gulaman (cooked according to packaging 's instruction). Pour prepared tea mixture until 3/4 of the glass is filled. Add about 1/2 cup of evaporated or fresh milk just before serving.

That's another simple and easy to prepare snack.
