Macaroons for School Baon |
I
won a box of macaroons from Red Ribbon, right?
My sister and I do this everytime I went home to Nueva Ecija and brought some of it Bulacan. Mommy and my other
colleague used to knock on my room and ransack the macaroons.
The other week, I tried to make it for Matt’s school baon.
Dessicated coconut, baking powder, flour sugar, egg, vanilla, butter, condensed milk |
Ingredients:
1 cup
butter, melted
250 grams
desiccated coconut
½ cup white
sugar
½ cup flour
2 tsp
baking powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp
vanilla extract
½ cup
condensed milk
Here’s how
to do it:
In a bowl,
mix butter, condensed milk, vanilla, and sugar. Add one by one the eggs
followed by flour and baking powder. Little by little add dessicated coconut
and mix well.
Before placing in oven toaster |
Form into
balls about 1 tbsp of the mixture and lined it in a grease pan. Place in an
oven toaster and cook for about ten minutes or until top turned brown or
toasted. Let it cool.
