Pork Kilawin |
You will need:
1/2 kilo pork meat, sliced
½ kilo pork liver, sliced
1 medium-sized onion, minced
4-6 tbsp vinegar
3-4 laurel leaves
Patis and pepper to taste
Chili, optional if you want it spicy
Here’s how to do it:
Just sauté onion meat and liver until meat is
already cooked. Add ¼ cup water, vinegar, water laurel leaves then season with
patis and pepper depending on your preference. Simmer until remaining sauce
thickens. Add chili if you want a bit spicy.
