Since I have a goal of reducing extra pounds,
shifting to veggies is one of the best options. Here is another easy-to-do
veggie recipe.
You will need:
250 grams chicken breast, cut into cubes
250 grams green beans sliced
250 grams tokwa, fried and cut into cubes
1 medium-sized carrot, julienned
1 medium-sized red bell pepper, julienned
1 medium-sized onion, minced
5 tbsps oyster sauce
1-2 tsp cooking oil
Here’s how to do it:
Saute onion and chicken until chicken turns light
brown. Drop in all the veggies and stir-fry until cooked. Add in tokwa cubes
and oyster sauce, and continue stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes.
Isn’t it simple?
Tip/s:
Wash the veggies and drain them well. This will let
the veggies cooked by their natural juices instead of the excess water.
Stir-frying is best done in a wok with very little
oil and high temperature, so watch out while you cook or else your dish will be
burnt.
