Stir-fry Radish |
This is another all veggie recipe I got. This is
very simple and good for those who are always on the go.
You will need:
½ kilo radish, julienned
1 medium-sized carrot, julienned
1 medium-sized bell pepper, julienned
1 onion minced
4 cloves garlic minced
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp oyster sauce
Dash of pepper
Here’s how to do it:
Stir fry all veggies, except bell pepper, in a
small amount of oil until half-cooked. Add in bell pepper, soy sauce, pepper
and oyster sauce. Continue to stir fry until veggies are cooked. Serve with
steamed rice.
