I mentioned in my other blog that I bought
dalandan. It was originally intended for juice since I cannot stand eating it
as is since my teeth experience pangingilo
after eating sour foods. I got plenty of tea at home so I tried making
dalandan-flavored iced tea.
You will need:
2 tea bags soaked in 1 cup hot water
½ cup fresh dalandan juice
¼ cup brown sugar
Water and ice
Here’s how to do it:
Mix the ingredient, except ice, in a 1-liter
capacity pitcher and mix until sugar has been dissolved completely.
In a glass, put 3-4 ice cubes and pour you dalandan
iced tea and enjoy it cold.
Tip/s:
You can also use honey as sweetener for your iced
tea for more flavor.
