Choco Crinkles

Here is another oven-toaster goodies that you can try. Perfect for your kids baon for school. Chocolate crinkles.

Ingredients: Creations by Sharon Choco Crinkle Mix, cooking oil, egg, corn starch and white sugar

You will need:
1 box Creations by Sharon Choco Crinkles Mix
3 tsp Cooking oil
¼ cup water
1 egg
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup white sugar

Here’s how to do it:
In a bowl, mix thoroughly the choco crinkles mix, cooking oil, water and egg. Divide the batter in 16 portion and form into balls. Roll in confectioner’s sugar. Place 8 balls first in a grease aluminum pan with and cook until you observe breaking of the surface. Cook the other batch with the same procedure.

For your homemade Confectioner’s sugar:

Blend an equal amount of white sugar and cornstarch in a blender until turned into powder then sift.

  1. Oh, ganyan lang pala gumawa ng confectioner's sugar! I used to have trouble using this ingredient kasi konti lang kailangan ko eh, and the boxes are too big for my needs. Now I know what to do!

  4. Everything comes instant these days no? I remembered back in the early 2000 when crinkles became a craze! They where everywhere and we were very eager to taste all kinds of crinkles we see, hahaha!
