Tuna Pockets

Tuna pockets in fun shapes

Here is an easy-to-do snacks. I got this recipe one time we went to SM Savemore.
Ingredients: Loaf bread, tuna, mayonaise, eggs, bread crumbs, grated cheese
You will need:
Loaf bread, flattened
1 can Tuna Flakes, oil drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheese, grated
2 pcs egg, beaten
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Here’s how to do it:
Flattened Loaf bread with tuna filling
Place about 1 tsp of tuna filling (mixture of tuna flakes, grated cheese and mayonnaise) on one half-side of the flattened loaf bread.

Fold and dip in beaten egg then roll over bread crumbs. Fry in until both sides turned golden brown (You can do deep-frying method too). Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut into triangles or for a more fantastic shapes, use cookie cutter.
