Ensaladang Repolyo

Ensaladang Repolyo
I learned this very easy dish from Papa and I know that this is known by most Ilocanos (and some "groups" maybe). I found it good especially with fried or inihaw na isda. I did this twice at home already and they enjoyed eating naman.

You will need:
1 head cabbage, shredded
4 pcs medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsps ginesang bagoong alamang

Here’s how to do it:
Just mix all the ingredients and serve.

Easy isn’t it?

  1. Whoa! Very easy, Daddy A and looks really yum! I like ensalada pa naman. Pwede rin inihaw na talong or fresh pechay with shredded hilaw na mangga. Tapos if may seaweed, yung bilog bilog, di ko lam tawag dito pero sa amin sa Pangasinan, "arurusip" ang tawag. Naku, sarap ng kain! :-)
