Lemon Square Inipit Sylvanas

I already tried making sylvanas but I got difficulty in doing the meringue. So I tried to search for other options and looked for a ready made meringue but I cannot find anyone that sells it.

Then one time I saw “toasted cakes” in a bakeshop here. I bought some and it tastes good. This gave me an idea to use toasted cakes to make sylvanas. Instead of cakes, I used Lemon Square Inipit.

It's just easy. Toast in oven toaster and  pressed it using rolling pin to make it thinner.

Do the filling.

Spread the filling in between and coat the entire surface then roll over bread crumbs.

Chill and you have the Lemon Square Sylvanas.
