I already tried
making sylvanas but I got difficulty in doing the meringue. So I tried to
search for other options and looked for a ready made meringue but I cannot find
anyone that sells it.
Chill and you have the
Lemon Square Sylvanas.
LEMON SQUARE
INIPIT SYLVANAS
Ingredients:
1 pack Lemon Square Inipit
¼ cup butter
1/8 cup evaporated
milk
¼ cup
confectioner’s sugar
¼ cup margarine
Instructions:
1. Cut Lemon Square Inipit horizontally.
2. Toast for about 1-2 minutes.
3. Press using roller pin to about ½ inch thick.
4. Cut each toasted Lemon Square Inipit into two.
Prepare the buttercream filling:
1. Combine butter, margarine and sugar.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Slowly add evaporated milk.
4. Mix until creamy and fluffy.
Time to make the Sylvanas:

1. Spread on top of the toasted cake then top with
another piece.
2. Spread buttermilk to cover all the surface.
3. Roll over cake crumb until fully coated.
4. Chill for at least and hour before serving.
