Stir Fry Chicken and Potatoes with Sarsaya Oyster Sauce

It's been more than a month since our little took his vacation at our home town, at my in-laws house. Because of this, Daddy and I are alone at our home sweet home. Dahil dalawa lang kami, nakakatamad na magluto. Wala na din kami meal plan since then, hehe. So kung ano na lang maisip at kung ano na lang meron sa fridge.

There are nights pa nga that we just eat vegetable and fruit salad.

Or whole wheat bread sandwich.

O kaya naman fast food.

But last night sinipag akong magluto when I saw this Sarsaya Oyster Sauce.

Then I remember we still have chicken and baby potatoes, plus garlic, onions and ginger. Voila!

I just add a teaspoon of soy sauce and Sarsaya Oyster Sauce.

I cooked just enough for the two of us.

I called it stir fry chicken and potatoes and here's what you need:

1/4 chopped chicken meat
1/4 potatoes (cut into two for baby potatoes)
garlic
ginger
onion
Sarsaya Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce

How to cook:

1. In a hot pan, add oil and saute ginger, garlic and onion until the onion is translucent. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, fry the potatoes. Set aside.
3. Stir fry the chicken meat until golden brown. Add the sauteed ginger, garlic and onion, and the fried potatoes
3. Add the Sarsaya Oyster Sauce and a teaspoon of soy sauce to taste.. Simmer for few minutes and serve with hot rice.

As simple as that. This is good for two people na. Tara let's eat?
