Another Matt's favorite is burger. Buying ready-made burger patties in the market is a kind of risky since most of it contains preservatives and flavor enhancers. Furthermore, the size is too big for him. Letting him bring regular size burger in school is not advisable since there are instances he will not eat all and bring it back home.
In order to let him enjoy burger in school, I made mini version of it. To make it healthier, I added malunggay leaves and used potatoes as extender instead of flour and baked in oven instead of frying in oil.

MINI-BURGERS
You will need:
For the patties:
1/4 kilo ground meat (pork or beef)
2 medium-sized potato, peeled and grated
1/2 cup malunggay leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 whole egg
For the sandwich:
Mini-buns
Cucumber, sliced
Cheese
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Here's how to do it:
To prepare the patties, simply mixed all theingredients until well-blended. Form into balls of about 2 inches diameter and press in a baking sheets. Bake in pre-heated oven (175ºC) for about 20-30 minutes.
And dami na addition sa book of recipe mo daddy because of the oven.. hehehe swerte ni Mommy and Matt.. :-)
