One of the best pasalubong
I received from someone who went to Baguio is the choco flakes. So I tried to
make my own. This is simple as 1-2-3.
You will need:
2-3 cups of corn flakes
2-3 cups chocolate
Here’s how to do it:
Melt the chocolate using double boiler. Drop in
corn flakes and toss until covered with chocolate. Let it cool and place in an
air-tight container.
Tip: Do not heat the chocolate in a direct contact
with heat for it might burnt.
