A Very Simple Pork Tonkatsu

Here is another fast ans easy to prepare breakfast suggestion. You can prepare ahead of time and just cook when you want. Here is the very simple Pork Tonkatsu.

Prepare Pork Tonkatsu ready for fryiing or to be stored in the firdge

Ingredients:
½ kilo pork thinly sliced
Cornstarch
Bread crumbs
Eggs, slightly beaten
Oil for frying

Here’s how to do it:
Roll the pork into cornstarch, eggs lastly in bread crumbs. You can place this in a clean container and store in the freezer. Fry in hot cooking oil until golden brown.


Serve with catsup, lechon sarsa or any dip of your choice.
