Just like I mentioned in my past post, sayang naman ang init kaya lubus-lubusin na.
Here is another meryenda suggestion.
For spaghetti and baked mac lovers this one is perfect – baked spaghetti.
Baked Spaghetti |
BAKED SPAGHETTI
You will need:
Spaghetti cooked the usual way
For the toppings:
¼ cup butter
1 onion minced
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup all-purpose cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup water
Here’s how to do it:
Cook your spaghetti the usual way. In a baking dish or ramekin, place your
cooked spaghetti and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 175ºC while preparing the creamy-cheesy topping.
Sauté onion in butter, add flour and continue stirring until cooked. Add
water and simmer with continuous stirring. Add all-purpose cream and grated cheese.
Simmer until thickens.
Pour over prepared spaghetti and bake for 12-15 minutes or until topping
changes color from white to creamy white or light yellow.
Tip/s:
You can tell that the flour is already cooked when it turned into light
brown.
