You can find the actual pattern here.

3-layer flower

I found a pattern here. I just modified it to have just 7 petals. Here's how:

CH8, join with sl st to form a ring.
R1. CH1. Working into the ring, 1SC, 1HDC, 3DC, 1HDC, 2SC, 1HDC, 3DC, 1HDC, 1SC. Sl st to first SC (14sts)
R2. CH1. SC in same st. [CH3, skip one st, SC in the next st] Do this 7x (7 CH3 loops)
R3. [SC, HDC, 3DC, HDC, SC] in each CH3 loops around. Sl st in first SC. (7 petals)
R4. CH1. Do not turn, still facing front. Work at the back of the R3 petals. [SC in the next available st from R1 or the skipped st in R2, CH5] Do this around. (7 CH5 loops)
R5. [SC, HDC, 5DC, HDC, SC] in each CH5 loops around. Sl st to first SC. (8 petals)
R6. CH5. Still facing front, work at the back of the R5 petals. [Skip on st. SC in the same st as the CH3 loop from R2, CH5] Do this around. Sl st to first SC. (7 CH5 loops)
R7. Repeat R5.

Fasten off and weave all ends.

Attach the button on the center of the barefoot. The flower will be attach here.

Easy right?
