BroCauliflower in White Cream Sauce

This is just an experimental dish.

You will need:
1 medium- size Broccoli flower
1 medium –sized Cauliflower
200 grams lean meat, thinly sliced into strips
2 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp. sugar
4 cloves garlic, toasted and finely chopped used for toppings
Cream Sauce:
2 tbsps. Butter
2 tbsps. Cooking oil
1 medium sized onion, minced
2 tbsps. all-purpose flour
½ cup all-purpose cream
½ cup evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Here’s how to do it:
Stir-fry lean meat in oil and butter until cooked. Add broccoli, cauliflower and sugar. Stir fry for another minute then add ½ cup water and simmer for a minute. Set aside

Prepare the cream sauce. Sauté onion in butter-oil mixture over medium heat. Add flour and mix until turned into paste. Add ¼ cup of water. Stir until no lumps of flour is observed. Add the cream and evaporated milk. Simmer for a minute then add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over the prepared stir-fried broccoli-cauliflower mixture and top with toasted garlic.

Serve with either bread of steamed rice.
