Fish Sarciado

Sarciadong Bangus

This is another typical pinoy meal. Fish, tomatoes and eggs combined. Fish is fried first before adding back to the tomato-egg mixture.

You will need:
Fish bangus or tilapia or dalagang bukid
2 cups seeded and chopped tomatoes
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 pieces eggs, slightly beaten
Oil for frying and sautéing

Here’s how to do it:
Fry the fish first and set aside.

Sauté garlic onion and tomatoes. Add 1 cup water and simmer until tomatoes are fully cooked and turned into paste-like consistency. Add slightly beaten eggs. Add salt to taste. Bring back the fried fish and let it cover with the tomatoes and egg mixture. Simmer for another minute to let the flavors seep inside the fish.
