Ginataang Tilapia

Ginataang Tilapia

I made this dish several times but I think I haven’t shared my recipe of this. So here is a simple fish dish that you can try -Ginataang Tilapia

You will need:
Ginataang Tilapia - Ingredients (Pechay, Fried Tilapia, Tomatoes and Grated Coconut)
½ kilo tilapia, fried
1 medium-sized onion, chopped
1 thumb-sized ginger, chopped
2 pieces tomatoes, chopped
2 stalks lemon grass
2 cups coconut milk
1 bunch of pechay, leaves and stalks separated

Here’s how to do it:
Dip some leaves of pechay in hot water to make it limp. This will be used to wrap the fried tilapia.

Waiting to be cooked
In a pan or wok, arrange tomatoes, ginger, onion, lemon grass and pechay stalks, lay the wrapped tilapia and cover with the remaining leaves. Pour coconut milk and simmer until cooked.

That easy.
