Working in the kitchen is like performing laboratory experiments.
My experiment this time is making it creamier by incorporating all-purpose cream.
1 cup
cornstarch
1 cup white
sugar
2 cups
evaporated milk
1 cup water
2 cups corn
kernel
1 cup
all-purpose cream
Grated
cheese for toppings
Here’s how
to do it:
Using food
processor or blender, process half of the corn kernels.
In a sauce
pan, mix all the ingredients until no more lumps is observed.
