Mango Float

Mango Float
There are lots of fruit vendors in the market selling mangoes this season. Mommy requested me to make Mango float. So here it is:

Ingredients: Graham Crackers, mangoes, milk-cream mixture

You will need:
2 cups all-purpose cream
1 cup condensed milk
¼ cup evaporated milk
two pieces mangoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 pack Graham crackers

Here’s how to do it:
In a bowl, mix all-purpose cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Dip graham crackers in coffee mixture (1 tbsp coffee +2 cups warm water) and lay it in a rectangular pan. Cover with the prepared cream mixture then put sliced mangoes on top. Do this 4-5 times depending on how thick you want your float. Chill before serving.

Simple, isn't it?

  1. That's new dip the graham crackers in coffee mixture maybe to have an extra flavor a hint of coffee, I'll try that sometime, it's looks delish.
