Mango Float |
There are
lots of fruit vendors in the market selling mangoes this season. Mommy
requested me to make Mango float. So here it is:
Ingredients: Graham Crackers, mangoes, milk-cream mixture |
You will
need:
2 cups
all-purpose cream
1 cup
condensed milk
¼ cup
evaporated milk
two pieces
mangoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 pack
Graham crackers
Here’s how
to do it:
In a bowl,
mix all-purpose cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk.
Dip graham
crackers in coffee mixture (1 tbsp coffee +2 cups warm water) and lay it in a
rectangular pan. Cover with the prepared cream mixture then put sliced mangoes
on top. Do this 4-5 times depending on how thick you want your float. Chill
before serving.
Before Chilling |
Simple, isn't it?
That's new dip the graham crackers in coffee mixture maybe to have an extra flavor a hint of coffee, I'll try that sometime, it's looks delish.
