This is one of my
favorite dishes and is perfect for summer especially in picnics or
outings.
You
will need:
1 medium-sized Bangus,
turn into boneless
2-3 pieces tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tbsps. chopped
ginger
Salt to taste
Here’s
how to do it:
Rub the bangus with
salt (inside and outside part). Stuff the bangus with the mixture of onion,
tomatoes and ginger. Wrap in aluminum foil and grill until cooked.
