Here is another way to create make simple veggies into a great dish.
You will need:
½
kilo squash, julienned
1
cup tiny shrimps
1
cup flour
1
onion minced
1
stalks celery minced
1
egg
Salt
and pepper to taste
Cooking
oil for frying
Here's how to do it:
Just
mix all ingredients thoroughly.
In a
hot pan add enough oil. Place about ¾ cups of the mixture in the pan and spread
it to about ½ inch thick and let it cook for about a minute or two. Flip to the
other side and cook for another minute or until golden brown.
Serve
with spiced vinegar.
