Pork Pata and Tokwa with Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

I am looking for something in our fridge for our dinner last Friday. I got some slices of pata and tokwa. What to do next? My imagination ran again ending with this experimental recipe.

You will need:
½ kilo pata slice, cooked until tender
6 pieces tokwa, fried and sliced into 4 parts
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 small can sliced mushroom
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 medium-sized onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic,, minced
1 tsp. paprika powder
Dash of pepper
2-3 pieces laurel leaves 

Here’s how to do it:
In a pot, place all the ingredients except for the tokwa and mushroom and bring to boil. Drop in mushroom and tokwa and simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve with steam rice.
