Parodies: Tokwa and Drinks

Chowking's Tofu Parody
I tried this meal when we dined at Chowking. I told mommy that I will make a parody of this meal.

Just fried tokwa or tofu and slice it into chunks. Set aside.
Lay minced onion in a plate and place the tokwa. Make a mixture of soysauce, vinegar, brown sugar and simmer for a minute. Adjust the taste depending on your preference. Pour over tokwa and sprinkle with onion springs. That’s it! Perfect as side dish.

This can be also paired with another parody – Tanduay Ice. (Remeber: Minors are not allowed to take any alcoholic drinks.)
Tanduay Ice Pink Parody
This needs a bit of chemistry work - Dilution (C1V1 = C2V2). Just dilute alcohol drink with a juice making 5% alcohol. Use sparkling water or soda to dissolve the juice (I used The Bar Silver and four seasons flavored juice). This is a lot cheaper than the original one but taste almost the same.
